From influencing category and ranging decisions to building high-impact training frameworks and delivering engaging national programs, this is a role with genuine ownership, visibility and influence.If you thrive in fast-paced, commercially driven environments and enjoy being the face of training within a premium brand, this opportunity will put you at the centre of strategic growth.What You'll Do:Partner with global product teams to evaluate product suitability, positioning and commercial viability for the ANZ marketInfluence category, ranging and go-to-market decisions through market insight and competitive analysisDesign and implement national training frameworks,
sales enablement programs and product education strategiesTranslate technical product features into compelling, commercially focused sales narratives and training contentDeliver engaging training across retail networks through in-store sessions, roadshows and digital platformsBuild strong relationships with retail partners, buyers, field teams and external agents across ANZLead New Product Introduction (NPI) training to ensure teams are sales-ready ahead of launchesAnalyse sales performance, training effectiveness and market feedback to continuously optimise training strategy and commercial outcomesPresent training insights, performance metrics and strategic recommendations directly to the Sales DirectorWhat You Bring:Proven experience in National Training, Sales Enablement or Category Management within premium consumer goods, appliances, electronics or related industriesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to connect training initiatives to measurable business outcomesExperience translating complex product information into engaging, sales-focused contentConfidence engaging stakeholders at all levels — from executive leadership and retail buyers through to frontline sales teamsStrong presentation, facilitation and relationship-building skillsAnalytical mindset with experience using data to influence strategy and performance outcomesA proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives nationallyBenefits:Join a respected premium brand with an exceptional market reputationNewly created role with influence and ownershipHybrid flexibility – 1 day from homeCollaborative and supportive leadership teamCareer progression opportunities with a business that promotes internallyProduct discounts and employee benefitsA culture where people feel valued and part of the family
