We're currently partnering with Aus Living Support, a local Sunshine Coast non-for-profit, to find reliable and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join their Op Shop teams in Maroochydore or Nambour.Aus Living Support is charity dedicated to supporting people and families experiencing hardship, including those impacted by domestic and family violence, homelessness and difficult circumstances.
Their Op Shops play an important role in supporting this mission, helping fund programs that provide assistance to members of the community when they need it most.This role could be a great fit if you:Enjoy working with people and creating positive customer experiencesHave retail, customer service and cash-handling experienceAre reliable, organised and comfortable working independentlyHave the confidence to support and guide volunteers during your shiftAre looking for a role with purpose where your contribution makes a differenceIn this role, you will:Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful serviceProcess sales, handle cash and electronic payment accuratelyComplete opening and closing procedures,
including end-of-day reconciliationAssist with merchandising, pricing and preparing donated goods for saleMaintain a clean, protected and welcoming store environmentWork alongside and provide day-to-day guidance to volunteersWhat's on Offer$***** per hour + penalties when applicableRegular weekly hours:Maroochydore: Monday to Thursday (8:45am – 4:45pm)Nambour: Tuesday and Wednesday (8:45am – 4:45pm)Additional shifts available to cover leave and peak periodsOpportunity to work with a local Non-For-Profit and make a meaningful contribution to the community.Why Join Aus Living Support?
