MNC Height Safety and Access is seeking a passionate and experienced Rope Access Technician or HSS Installer to join our team on a casual basis in Port Macquarie, NSW.
As a Rope Access Technician, you will be challenged with diverse work in beachside and regional locations.
Opportunities for permanent roles, with company vehicle, for the right person.
What you'll be doing
Performing rope access work, including a wide variety of work from window cleaning to building repair and maintenance
Inspection, installation, and maintenance of height safety and access equipment
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with height safety and access equipment
Providing training and guidance to other team members on proper rope access techniques and safety protocols
Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to all work performed
Collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver tailored solutions
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Rope Access Technician, with a valid IRATA or SPRAT certification




Strong technical skills and knowledge of height safety and access equipment, including installation and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently
Commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of relevant industry regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members
Willingness to work at heights in challenging environments and adhere to strict safety protocols
