you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the business while leading our growth strategy.You'll ensure our participants receive exceptional service, our workforce is engaged and supported, and the business continues to grow sustainably.This role requires someone who is highly organised, commercially astute and confident making decisions based on data, financial performance and operational outcomes.What You'll Be Responsible ForLeading and mentoring a high-performing teamGrowing our participant base through business development and relationship managementBuilding strong referral networks with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, Hospitals, Allied Health providers, NDIS, and community organisationsManaging daily operations to ensure the business runs efficientlyMonitoring budgets, profitability and financial performanceAnalysing KPIs and using data to drive business improvementsEnsuring compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguards Commission requirementsOverseeing participant onboarding, service delivery and workforce planningManaging rostering and resource allocationDriving continuous improvement across the businessIdentifying opportunities for expansion and new servicesCreating a positive, accountable and high-performance cultureAbout YouYou'll be someone who enjoys building businesses,
