If you enjoy driving, working outdoors and being active, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Driver / Waste Collection Operator, you'll drive one of our company light trucks (4.5-tonne GVM), which can be operated with a standard full Australian driver's licence.You'll travel to customer homes throughout Sydney, empty household wheelie bins into our collection bins, then return the waste to our Kingswood depot where it is unloaded using electric tipping equipment.This is a physically active role that combines driving,



customer service and hands-on work.Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate a company light truck (4.5-tonne GVM)Travel to residential customers across selected Sydney suburbsEmpty 120L–240L household general waste and recycling wheelie bins into company collection binsTransport collected waste back to our Kingswood depotOperate electric tipping equipment to unload waste into large disposal binsComplete daily collection routes efficiently and safelyKeep the vehicle clean, tidy and well presentedDeliver friendly, professional customer serviceFollow all company safety procedures and operational processesRequirementsFull NSW Driver Licence held for at least 3 yearsNo previous licence suspensionsNo HR licence requiredExcellent driving skills with a safe driving historyClean driving record (TfNSW Driving Record will be required)Physically fit and able to manoeuvre full 120L–240L wheelie bins throughout the dayReliable, punctual and trustworthyStrong work ethic and positive attitudeComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPolice Check requiredStudent visa holders and temporary visa holders are welcome to applyShift InformationEarly morning starts from 7:00 AMWeek 1: Paid training (approximately 4–5 hour shifts), including weekendsWeek 2 onwards: Approximately 8–9 hour shiftsStart and finish each shift at our Kingswood depot (NSW ****)Random drug and alcohol testing may be conducted while on dutyWhat We OfferCompany vehicle provided during your shiftFuel paid by the companyFull PPE and safety equipment providedStable employment with a growing Australian businessOpportunities for increased hours and career progression into senior operations rolesSupportive and friendly team environmentImmediate start available
