Natural Elements Early Learning Centre Pottsville is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Trainee to join our team.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone ready to begin their career in early childhood education and care.
You will work full-time in our service while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, gaining hands‐on experience alongside experienced educators and mentors.
Learn while you work
We know starting a new career can feel exciting and a little daunting.
You won't be expected to know everything on day one.
You will be supported by experienced educators and leaders who will help you build your knowledge, confidence and practical skills as you learn.
Throughout your traineeship, you will gain hands‐on experience in:
Building meaningful relationships with children and families
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
Creating engaging play and learning experiences
Understanding children's routines, needs and individual development
Working as part of an early childhood team




Learning about the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
Developing your confidence as an early childhood educator
Putting your studies into practice every day
Where could your Certificate III take you?
Completing your Certificate III is just the beginning.
Once qualified, you can continue building your career as an Early Childhood Educator, progress to a Diploma qualification, step into leadership roles or continue your studies towards becoming an Early Childhood Teacher.
