We are seeking two highly competent Forklift Operators to join our new Auburn Branch.
Working alongside the Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the branch within a small team environment.
These are full time positions (38 hours per week), plus any overtime required.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our third Branch of the Future as the business continues to grow.
The Role Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Operator's primary focus is to: Prepare customer orders and assisting with daily operationsEnsure on time receipt and accurate delivery of stock and finished goods to customersEnsure that deadlines for orders to clients are met and stock is efficiently handled and storedAssist packing the work truck with customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor and/or DriverReview and check all orders for quality and accuracy before despatchTreat all stock with utmost care to reduce potential damage or remakeLoad and unload items from customer vehicles safely and efficientlyAssist stocktakes and cycle counts as directed by the Warehouse SupervisorParticipate in daily operations meetings with the Supervisor, discussing warehouse tasks for completion raising any staff, product, process and/or safety issuesProvide exceptional customer service to our client baseWork to reinforce the company's Vision, Mission and Values In summary, the Warehouse Operator is a key person in the branch operation, providing the human link between the customer and Oxworks' warehouse processes.
