Led by two successful principals and surrounded by a quick-paced and passionate team they are looking for a skilled Real Estate marketer who can manage both their office / brand and their Sales Marketing!
Duties
Managethe end-to-end coordination of the marketing process - artwork quoting, booking, arranging photoshoots, proofing
Working across digital, small print, large print and other supporting property marketing assets
Develop an annual marketing calendar and implement initiatives
Work with Sales Executives to make suggestions on individual requirements
Create and drive innovative ways to increase brand awareness
Specific requirements
Work well under pressure in a high demand sales team
The ability to work autonomously
Experience with REA & Domain, Publisher & InDesign
Approachable hands-on Directors who have bred a collaborative, enjoyable culture
Areas leading agency (40% marketshare)
