Working alongside experienced engineers and operational teams, you'll contribute to the development and execution of short‐term mining plans.Some of your work may include:Assist with daily, weekly and monthly mine planning activitiesSupport the development of production schedules and forecastsContribute to drill and blast planning and reportingMonitor mining performance against plan and identify improvement opportunitiesAssist with data analysis,



reconciliation and production reportingSupport continuous improvement initiatives across mining operationsWork closely with engineering, geology and operations teams to deliver operational outcomesProgram locationErnest Henry Operations, QLDLocated near Cloncurry in north‐west Queensland, Ernest Henry is a world‐class copper and gold operation renowned for its underground mining and mineral processing activities.Roster: 5:2/4:3Included: Residential accommodation, site transport, flights at the commencement and conclusion of the program, plus return travel home during the festive period.About youWe're looking for motivated students who are curious, hands‐on and keen to grow their technical skills.You'll be:Studying Mining Engineering or a related disciplineDemonstrating an interest in mine planning and mining operationsA strong problem‐solver with analytical thinking skillsA confident communicator and team playerInterested in developing practical skills in a production environmentWilling to live and work in a regional mining environmentHold a valid manual driver's licenceStart your next chapterAt Evolution, you'll be part of a supportive team that values safety, innovation and continuous improvement.If you're ready to gain real industry experience, build your network and take the next step towards a career in mining engineering, we'd love to hear from you.
