Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
Assist with property appraisals, market analyses, and listing presentations.
Assist to build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Assist to negotiate offers to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
Assist to manage property campaigns including open homes, auctions, and private inspections with the Selling Director
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, listings, and client communications.
Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry changes.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the agency's professional reputation.
All other tasks as directed by the Director
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Associate or Real Estate Salesperson is beneficial, but not essential.
We want you to understand what it takes to be a good salesperson.




Mandarin speaking is highly regarded.
Humble to learn.

Willing to work and establish career in Brisbane's south side
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Robust time management and organisational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
