We are seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator / Business Development Officer to join our growing team in a full-time Sydney-based role.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, community-focused role, enjoys building strong professional relationships, and is motivated to source, engage, and support NDIS participants while contributing to broader business growth.About the RoleAs a key member of Elev8 Country, you will combine Support Coordination, participant engagement, and business development.
You will be responsible for growing participant numbers, building referral networks, and ensuring participants receive high-quality, compliant supports.
You will also contribute to operational initiatives to help the organisation expand sustainably.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, engage, and onboard new NDIS participants to Elev8 Country servicesBuild and maintain strong referral relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, Allied Health providers, and community organisationsAttend participant meetings, stakeholder visits, and community engagement activitiesConvert enquiries and leads into active participants through ethical, participant-focused engagementProvide Support Coordination services, assisting participants to implement and maximise their NDIS plansSupport existing participants to ensure continuity, quality outcomes,



and positive experiencesPromote services in line with NDIS Practice Standards and compliance requirementsMaintain accurate records, referral tracking, and reportingRepresent Elev8 Country at networking events, expos, and community forumsContribute to broader business initiatives, including service development, process improvement, and growth strategiesAbout YouProven experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator, Business Development Officer, Intake Officer, or similar NDIS roleTrack record of sourcing participants, building referral networks, and converting leads into measurable outcomesStrong understanding of NDIS legislation, guidelines, pricing arrangements, and participant pathwaysExcellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skillsHighly organised, self-motivated, and professionalValues-driven, ethical, and participant-focusedComfortable working in a field-based, community-focused roleDesirable (but not essential)Established Sydney NDIS networksExperience supporting complex or diverse participant cohortsProficiency with CRM systems or referral tracking toolsWhat We OfferFull-time, Sydney-based role with a community-facing focusOpportunity to grow with a values-driven and expanding NDIS providerSupportive leadership and cooperative team cultureCareer progression as Elev8 Country continues to expandA role with impact, variety, and direct participant engagement
