We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our Manufacturing team based out of Seven Hills, Recent South Wales, Australia!

These beloved products include condiments and sauces, cheese and dairy, meals, meats, refreshment beverages, coffee, infant and nutrition products, and numerous other grocery products in a portfolio of more than 200 legacy and emerging brands.Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:To ensure maintenance procedures and all equipment meet product safety requirements and meet the safety of all personnel.
Ensure all OH&S; and environmental policies and procedures are adhered to.Plan, lead,
organise and control the Engineering teams so that they meet company goals and standardsRegularly review Engineering budget and control monthly spendingPreventative and planned maintenance SchedulingManage and/or assist with capital projects, monitoring Investments, ensuring justification, request, implementation and reporting assisting vertical start-ups.Maintain a highly skilled, competent and motivated workforceManage engineering systems, processes and documentation to ensure nominated standards are adhered to and maintainedEnsure optimum energy/water consumption at factory level, by implementing proper maintenance activities to the factory assetsEnsure all utilities are adequate to meet the needs of production requirements.
All utilities that come in contact with product are treated according to the food safety criteria of the product and processes.Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all KraftHeinz Food Safety, Environmental,Uphold the KraftHeinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company's visionAbout you:Engineering degree (or equivalent)
