As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team and support our tradespeople across projects throughout Sydney.
About the Role
Working alongside experienced renderers, painters, caulkers, supervisors, and project leaders, you will assist with daily site activities, material handling, surface preparation, cleaning, and general construction tasks.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday across various project locations in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities
Assist renderers and other tradespeople with daily site activities.
Prepare work areas, substrates, and surfaces before rendering applications.
Mix, move, and organise rendering materials and equipment.
Load and unload tools, materials, and deliveries.
Install and remove protective coverings and masking.
Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas.
Remove rubbish and construction waste from work zones.




Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
Identify and report safety, quality, material, or site issues.
Follow all company procedures and site safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous construction or labouring experience is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
High attention to safety and site cleanliness.
Valid White Card is mandatory.
Full personal protective equipment, including safety boots, high-visibility clothing, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves, is mandatory.
Driver's licence and reliable transport are preferred.
Australian work rights are preferred.
