The role of a supervisor is to:
Running day to day management of staff and manufacturing teams
Problem solving
Food manufacturing
Shift reporting
Floor, machinery checks and team/staff checks
Occasional line production work
Shift and staff requesting and rostering
Collaborations and Communications with other sectors of the company
What we are looking for
Previous experience working in a fast paced production, manufacturing, warehouse environment.
You will need to be able to stand for long periods and manage teams and daily operations.
