Labourforce is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Picker / Forklift Operator / Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and industry-leading steel manufacturing company based in Crestmead, QLD.
This is an excellent prospect for someone with strong warehouse experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is confident operating forklifts, completing inventory tasks, and assisting with customer interactions.
Shift Times
6:00AM - 2:00PM10:00AM - 6:00PM
Pay Rate
$***** per hour + Super
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Accurately picking and packing customer ordersLoading and unloading trucks, supplier deliveries, and customer collectionsConducting cyclic stock counts and stocktake activitiesUsing RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Assisting customers with Order Pick-Ups (OPU)



and general customer service supportSupporting warehouse and sheds teams when requiredPerforming floor searches and site sweepsMaintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards (5S)Following all WH&S; procedures and PPE requirementsCompleting general administration and computer-based tasks
To Be Successful, You Will Have
Previous experience in a warehouse/stores environmentCurrent Forklift Licence (High Risk Licence - Essential)Experience operating forklifts and side loadersRF scanning experienceCycle counting / stocktake experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic computer and administration experienceReliable attitude with a strong work ethic and team-first mindset
