Client services officer duties:Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely mannerMaintaining mail registerLodging applications and preparing submissions for new businessLiaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.Creating and maintaining client files.Liaising with financial institutions on behalf of clients.Maintaining accurate client workflows and implementation timelinesManaging File notes,



opportunities and tasking within Xplan softwareEnsuring client data entry is accurateGathering / updating client information (Fact Find etc)Maintaining Compliance folders & Fee Disclosure StatementsExperience, Skills and QualificationOffice 365 – including Outlook, Word, Excel (Basic)using Company CRM for task monitoring (AI Assisted)High level of computer literacy i.e you know how to do computer stuffFriendly, Intelligent and CaringExceptional English - spoken and writtenGreat time managementAble to work to your own beatA desire to help people and be rewarded for helpingSalaries are dependent on experience, the position and relevant skills ranging from $75,000 - $90,000.We are looking for fantastic people that are outstanding at their jobs and want a long term work / life balance!
