You can work from just a few shifts a week up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance.Shifts AvailableNight Shift: **** to ****As aPersonal Care Assistant, you'll provide daily living support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Working under the guidance of aRegistered Nurse, you will:Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobilitySupport residents' emotional and social needsCollaborate with the clinical and lifestyle teams to enhance resident experiencesWhat We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you will need:Certificate III in Aged Care,



Individual Support (or equivalent)A current National Police CheckA caring and respectful approach towards residentsStrong communication and teamwork skillsA positive and enthusiastic attitudeEmpathy with elderly residents and their familiesKnowledge of Autumn Care would be highly regarded although not essentialExperience working in an Australian Aged Care Facility highly regardedWhy Join Us?
