acquisitions and continuous process improvement initiatives.About YouYou'll be someone who enjoys understanding the "why" behind the numbers and can confidently translate financial information into meaningful business insights.Ideally you'll have:Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Financial AccountantCPA or CA qualification (or currently working towards completion)Strong financial reporting and month-end accounting experience across multiple entitiesResponsible for preparing & filing BAS ReturnsAdvanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capabilityCashflow forecasting and management experienceExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsThe ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the businessExperience within healthcare or multi-site organisations is highly regardedExposure to mergers and acquisitions or business integration projects is advantageousWhy Join Nova?
