Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:Running the full payroll cycle for a large, geographically spread workforce, making sure everyone is paid accurately and on timeSet up new employees and keep individual records current across the employee lifecycleHandle off-boarding calculations from end to end, including employment termination paymentsWork through salary changes,



back pay and any related adjustmentsTrack and calculate leave entitlements, including long service leave accruals and provisionsPrepare monthly and year-end reconciliations, along with the reporting that sits behind themRemit statutory and third-party obligations such as PAYG, payroll tax and superannuationField payroll queries from across the business and resolve them with a service-first approachTo be considered for this role, you'll bring 3 to 4 years' payroll experience, ideally with exposure to a large national payroll.
A solid working knowledge of payroll legislation, payroll tax and long service leave provisions will set you up for success, along with genuine attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Just as importantly, you're a clear communicator who can work autonomously while remaining a reliable, positive presence within a team.
