Job Description
Ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
Building solid relationships with customers, colleagues, internal and key stakeholders.
Provide leadership and training to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture.
Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S; culture.
Work closely alongside the team and Branch Manager to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer facing role, with a passion for sales and operational excellence.
Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us.
Previous experience in leading or mentoring a team desirable.
Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded.
