you will play an important role in delivering high-quality meals to members and guests while maintaining strong kitchen standards and supporting a positive team culture.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present high-quality meals in line with menu standardsAssist with menu development and daily specialsEnsure consistency in food quality and presentationSupport stock control, ordering and waste management processesMaintain food safety, hygiene and WHS complianceWork collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teamsContribute to a positive, efficient and professional kitchen environmentAbout YouYou are a hands-on and reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
