You will be responsible for receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing orders, delivering orders to customers, general warehouse duties, Customer Service, Counter, Phone Sales and Data Entry.
You will also need to adhere to the Company's WHS policies and procedures.This is a full-time position working from Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:00pm.
We're located in a convenient location with a fantastic team culture and a safe working environment.You will be responsible for various Warehouse and Customer Service activities including:Loading and unloading of stockAssisting with the receiving and dispatching of stockPutting away stock supplies in their correct locationsPicking and packing of stock for customer ordersOperating the forklift when requiredDelivering orders to customers on job sitesGeneral warehouse duties and cleaning of warehouse areasCustomer ServiceAnswering phone calls and Processing phone salesCounter Sales - Processing over the counter cash and EFT salesFollowing company directives and policiesTeam player attitude who will "jump in" and help the team meet its objectivesA professional and friendly attitudeHold a current forklift licenseHold a current open manual QLD Driver's License and a reputable driving historyHave a good work ethic, positive attitude, be a positive communicator and have the ability to build good rapport with our regular customersBe physically fit, self-motivated, reliable and a forward thinkerHave a good attention to detailUnderstand how to use computer basicsKnowledge of fasteners and building products is desirable but not essential
