About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and energetic leader who enjoys building high-performing teams and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing strong leadership across multiple operational sites
Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives
Building, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Improving systems, processes and accountability across the business
Managing warehousing, logistics and supply chain operations
Working closely with the Directors to execute growth strategies
Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers and key stakeholders
About You
A solid background within the agriculture, agribusiness or agricultural supply chain sector




Proven experience leading operations across multiple sites
A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Strong commercial acumen and excellent decision-making skills
Experience improving business systems and operational performance
A genuine desire to help grow and strengthen a successful Australian business
