Morgan Insurance is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Orange NSW office.
This is a position based in Orange NSW ****, offering the opportunity to manage a key location within our growing brokerage network.
As Branch Manager, will see you support our experienced Insurance Broker in delivering tailored insurance solutions to our valued clients.
This role is pivotal to delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth in the region.Key responsibilitiesDirecting and overseeing branch operationsEnsuring compliance with all relevant insurance legislation, regulatory requirements and company policiesClaims management - liaising with clients, insurers and underwriters to ensure smooth processing of claims and policy updates.Administrative supportProcessing new policies, renewals and endorsementsQuoting or new business and renewalsManaging and updating client recordsCoordinate and ensure timely responses to clients and insurer enquiriesWhat we're looking forDemonstrated ability to lead,
