Join our team in the role of Opertions Administrator and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly.
You'll also have the chance to cross-train across departments and support the team during peak periods and leave coverage.
Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday roster available - 8am - 6pm.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Customer Coordination - Be the go-to for key clients and urgent escalations
Driver Debriefing - Review and process paperwork to close out daily runs
Freight Bookings & Scheduling - Manage delivery slots and customer requests
Operations Support - Assist with allocating and load planning
Local deliveries (if licencened) - assist with local delivieres to our customer sites.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a transport administration, operations support, or scheduling role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
Resilient and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Transport industry experience preferred,



but not essential - training will be provided to the right candidate
BFM accreditation, or willingness to obtain, with an understanding of NHVR regulations considered advantageous
