close-knit team offering a collaborative environment andregular supervisionto ensure your professional growth.Convenient Locations:We operate out of several locations withplenty of free onsite parkingat all our sites:What we're looking for:Minimum Cert 3 in Aged Care or Individual supports.Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a part of the teamFull availability across Monday to FridayIdeally previous experience in all areas of aged care and NDIS supportsReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceDrivers licenseDemonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs.Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a diverse teamKnowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needsExperience in facilitating training and education to clients, support networks, service providers and/or the community.Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersIf you're looking for a role that offers variety, strong professional support, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in your clients' lives, we'd love to hear from you!
