Georges River Council is seeking a dedicated Bushcare Officer to join our City Technical Services team in Mortdale, where you'll work closely with our bush regeneration crew to protect and enhance local natural areas.In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a small dynamic team responsible for managing and enhancing our natural bushland reserves.
You'll play a key role in delivering on-ground bushland maintenance, rehabilitation and conservation efforts to restore our natural areas.We're looking for someone with a relevant qualification and demonstrated experience in ecological restoration including assisted regeneration, revegetation and large scale weed control.
You will also bring a customer focused approach and can-do attitude to engage and influence key stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for Council and the community.
