Following completion, you'll transition directly into Stage 3, of a major civil package comprising sewer, stormwater, roadworks, retaining walls and landscaping.About the RoleAs the Leading Hand, you'll lead from the front, ensuring crews remain productive,



safe and focused while working closely with the Supervisor and Project Engineer.Your responsibilities will include:Leading site crews and coordinating subcontractorsPlanning daily activities and allocating workMaintaining programme and productivityMonitoring quality and complianceCoordinating plant, materials and deliveriesCompleting daily reports, dockets and production recordsPromoting a strong safety culture across siteAbout YouTo be successful, you'll bring:6+ years' experience in civil constructionResidential subdivision or land development experienceProven ability to lead crews and subcontractors on siteStrong understanding of safety, quality and productivityExperience completing daily site paperwork, plant records and docketsWhite CardCurrent First Aid CertificateWhy Join?
