The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a full-time chance for a talented designer to join our well-established, close-knit team in our Salisbury showroom.
The position includes a shared roster for Saturday mornings from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

Main Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the entire design process, From initial concept development to spatial planning and colour consultations, all within our showroom.
Site Measures - Own mode of transport is required.
Working effectively as a team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain a professional manner and polished presentation.
Demonstrate remarkable design creativity, a keen eye for colour, and an exceptional level of attention to detail.
Experience using CAD based design software.
The ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work autonomously with a strong problem-solving attitude
Be willing to learn product knowledge and keep up to date with industry trends.
Understanding of measuring and conceptual planning.
