Based on the Gold Coast and Brisbane, Durack Civil is made up of an energetic team pushing the boundaries within the civil construction space.
We are looking for someone to assist us in accurately estimating the costs of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.Qualifications & experienceTertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying and/or Project/Construction ManagementMulti-disciplinary experience in the construction industry (Urban, Mining, DTMR, Slope Stabilisation,
etc)6+ years' experience in the Civil Construction industry and field experience (desirable)Previous experience working as a civil estimator in a mid-tier contractor throughout NSW, QLD and NT (favourable)Proficiency in Project planning and MS Project programTasks & responsibilities.Develop accurate civil estimates for a wide range of Civil and Structural projects from first principlesProcurement managementCreate construction methodologies, programs and non pricing tender submission documentsChampion pre-contract phase of project cycleMonitor project costs and support project teams throughout deliveryHere at Durack Civil we are committed to providing a fair and equitable recruitment process.We endeavour to create an inclusive and safe setting where our people can thrive, prosper and perform at their best.
