This is a casual role, 2 days/week to start — but if you're good, there's a real path to grow into a bigger marketing role as we expand.What you'll doPlan content with our Operations Manager — what's working, what's not, what's nextRide along on real jobs (truck and utes both) and film itCut Reels/TikToks that actually get watchedGet on camera with the team for behind-the-scenes and brand contentOwn posting across Facebook & InstagramProduce creative for our paid ads and content that flows through to our websiteReview performance and adjust — we want someone who executes efficiently,
not just churns out postsWhere this can goAs you prove yourself, there's room to grow into broader marketing — email campaigns, ad strategy, more — as the company grows.
That comes with time and pay to match, not expected on day one.About youMight be junior now, but you think strategically, not just creativelyShoot and edit fast (CapCut or similar) — and can show us something, personal page or otherwiseComfortable in front of the camera as well as behind itWrite like a human, not a brochureHappy on the road some early morningsWe care about the work, not the résuméThe deal2 days/week, casual, flexible on which days.
$*****/hr depending on experience, reviewed at 3-6 months with room to grow into a bigger marketing role.
