Intrinsic Health is seeking an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to support the opening and ongoing operations of our new Burpengary clinic.
Before the clinic opens on 6 October ****, the successful candidate will work from our Narangba office while preparing for the transition to Burpengary.
The new clinic will initially provide Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services, with opportunities to expand as the needs of the local community grow.
This role will combine reception and clinic coordination responsibilities with broader administrative support across Intrinsic Health.
You will be connected to an experienced administration team and supported as you help establish a welcoming, organised and efficient new clinic.
About the role
As the Administration Officer, you will be an important first point of contact for clients, families, referrers and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing professional and welcoming reception supportResponding to telephone, email and in-person enquiriesCoordinating appointments, calendars and client bookingsSupporting referrals, client intake and service enquiriesMaintaining accurate client records and administrative systemsPreparing correspondence, documentation and general data entrySupporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative requirementsAssisting with the establishment and ongoing operation of the Burpengary clinicProviding broader administrative support across the organisation as requiredContributing ideas to improve administrative processes and client experiences
About you
We are looking for an experienced administration professional who is organised, adaptable and confident communicating with a range of people.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in administration,



reception or customer serviceStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA warm, professional and helpful communication styleStrong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skillsConfidence using digital systems and learning new technologyThe ability to work independently and collaborativelyA proactive and flexible approach to supporting different teamsExperience in allied health, disability, aged care, community services or another health-related environment, although this is not essential

A valid National Police CheckA current NDIS Worker Screening CheckA current Queensland Working with Children Check, or Blue CardEvidence of their legal right to work in Australia
