Working across our Kareena, Sutherland and Caringbah clinics,



your day will include:Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiencyScheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalitiesProcessing Medicare, DVA and private billing accuratelyHandling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrersMaintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flowWorking closely with clinical staff to keep the day running seamlesslyAbout youPrevious experience in reception or customer service.
