As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.The Primary Care and Community Health Unit consists of 9 centres that provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers.
Our services range from health promotion, prevention and early detection through to assessment, treatment and continuing care.
Our staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care across our centres, in people's homes, other community venues as well as virtual care (telehealth).
Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Officer to support the delivery of quality community-based health services.
This role is responsible for providing professional reception and administrative support to a range of multidisciplinary teams, including nursing, allied health and other clinical services.Working on a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays, you will contribute to the efficient operation of services provided within Community Health Centres, community venues and clients' homes.
Depending on the location, the role may also provide administrative assistance to other co-located health services.

This may include driver long distances across the LHD.
