You'll also play a key role in sourcing and remunerating contractors, quoting daily jobs, and ensuring our operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily pickups and deliveries with a focus on safety, timeliness, and customer satisfactionManage routing and scheduling to optimise fleet and contractor utilisationSource, onboard, and remunerate contractors in line with operational needsQuote daily jobs accurately and promptly for recent and existing customersMonitor fleet compliance, servicing schedules,



and maintenance requirementsProvide exceptional service and support to clients, suppliers, and driversAssist with general administration and operational supportBuild strong working relationships across the team and with external partnersEnsure compliance with transport regulations, fatigue management, and safety standardsContribute to continuous improvement in logistics systems and processesWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar transport operations roleProven experience in contractor sourcing and remunerationStrong quoting and customer service skillsSolid administration and problem-solving abilityKnowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirementsExperience with open trailer and specialised freight (essential)Forklift licence (desirable)Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressureWhy Join Us?
