This is a senior multi-site leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting and is passionate about operational excellence, team development, and premium brand presentation.You will take ownership of retail performance across NSW and QLD, ensuring every store reflects the Samsonite standard of excellence.Balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, you will guide store teams, strengthen operational discipline, and elevate customer experience across these locations.Typical Duties IncludeLead end-to-end operations across all company-owned stores and SIS locations in NSW & QLD.Ensure exceptional execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and in-store presentationOversee daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, compliance, and operational governanceManage customer and operational escalations, including warranty, delivery, and service issuesPartner with Inventory Control to ensure precise stock integrity and reconciliation (SAP & iVend)Conduct regular field visits to coach teams, review performance,



and strengthen operational excellenceDevelop and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomesDrive consistent sales performance and service excellence across the regionLead biannual stocktakes and ensure absolute accuracy in stock managementBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords, partners, and internal stakeholdersAbout YouA strong drive and be keen to work towards sales targetsProven capability in managing, leading, and developing retail teamsA flair and strong capability for stock management and operational detailThe ability to consistently provide exceptional customer serviceStrong experience in multi-site or area retail leadershipA track record of elevating store performance and team capabilityConfidence in retail systems, reporting, and stock controlA hands-on leadership style with high attention to detail and standardsStrong influencing, coaching, and communication skillsStep into a unique opportunity to lead within a globally recognised brand.
