About the Role

An exciting prospect has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a leading National Manufacturer based in Athol Park. This is a true all‑rounder position, combining customer service, administration, order processing and relationship management within a fast‑paced manufacturing setting. This is an initial 6‑month temporary opportunity with robust potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and occasional walk‑ins
Process customer orders accurately using SAP
Provide customers with updates on order status, delivery timeframes and ETAs
Manage customer cases, returns, credits and general service enquiries
Liaise with Operations, Production, Logistics and Sales to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently
Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer and order data
Support general administration and assist across the branch as required

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a Customer Service or Administration role




SAP experience is essential
Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365 is highly regarded
Strong communication skills with a customer‑first approach
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and confidence working across multiple systems
Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded
