Mrs Jones the Baker is a Boutique bakery on Sydney's northern beaches.We make all our products from scratch using the finest of ingredients from Australia and Europe.We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic baker to join our team as we grow, producing some of Sydney's finest bread and baked goods for our stores and wholesale clients.You will be working with an experienced team, and the right applicant must have experience in mixing, baking of bread and shaping of the sourdough.




feeding and creating new lines for our 7 stores with good lamination skills are also a must.Minimum 2-3 years of commercial bread baking experience is required.Basic sourdough shaping skills are essential for this position.Demonstrated lamination skills across multiple pastry types is required.Great communication and team spirit is a highly important.This is a hands-on role, and the successful applicant will need to help in the cleanliness, ordering, team development and rostering over a seven-day week.The role requires flexible scheduling availability to accommodate our seven-day operations.This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a friendly team and producing a fantastic product, using latest technology and equipment.We are expanding the business, and we are looking for someone to help create recent product lines and grow with use.Must have a car (parking available) and full working rights.
