With a growing membership, a welcoming club culture, a picturesque golf course only minutes from Bowral town centre, and the recent launch of our hospitality venue The Hastings by Barrington's Group, this is an exciting time to become part of the team.About the RoleReporting to the Golf Operations Manager, this role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the golf industry from the ground up.You will be involved in the day-to-day delivery of the member and guest golf experience, including golf shop operations, tee time management, competitions, retail, coaching program support and general golf services.This is a hands-on, customer-facing role suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a genuine love of the game.Key ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the daily operations of the Golf Shop and golf servicesDelivering a professional, friendly and welcoming experience to members, guests and visitorsManaging tee times, competition bookings and daily play requirementsAssisting with competition administration,
