This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supporting daily venue operations, leading service teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You will play a key role in motivating the team, maintaining operational standards, and creating a positive, energetic atmosphere while supporting the successful launch of the venue.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer serviceSupport daily venue operations across front of house service areasAssist with shift coordination, team development, and staffing supportDeliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionallyMaintain solid menu and product knowledge to support guests and team membersEnsure smooth service operations within a fast-paced full table service environmentSupport training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across the teamCollaborate with kitchen, bar,
