We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and creating unforgettable event experiences.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Furniture Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a dynamic role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end preparation, quality control, warehousing, and logistics of all furniture hire operations.You will play a key role in ensuring every order is delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest standard, while leading warehouse operations and supporting event delivery across local and interstate projects.This is not a desk-based role you'll be actively involved across the warehouse, in office events, and logistics coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Quality ControlReview and verify all furniture orders in coordination with the Sales teamEnsure accurate quantities, specifications, and event requirementsOversee timely preparation of all hire items, prioritising urgent and complex jobsMaintain strict quality control standards for all outgoing inventoryWarehouse & Inventory ManagementMaintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environmentOversee stock control, inventory movement,



and damage reportingImplement efficient systems for storage, tracking, and retrieval of furniture assetsLogistics & SchedulingPlan and coordinate all deliveries, returns, and transport schedulesManage pick-and-pack processes to ensure accurate dispatchSupervise on-site setups and lead crews for major eventsCoordinate interstate jobs, including travel, freight, and crew schedulingMaintenance & RepairsIdentify and manage furniture repairs and refurbishmentCoordinate with external suppliers and trades for specialised workEnsure all items are fit for hire before dispatchLead from the front in a hands-on capacity across warehouse and site operationsSupervise, mentor, and support casual staff and delivery crewsDelegate tasks effectively while maintaining a strong safety cultureAssist with hiring and workforce planning as requiredAbout YouProven experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or event furniture operationsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesHands-on and physically capable — comfortable working in warehouse and on-site environmentsHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomesExperience leading teams and coordinating large-scale or interstate jobsValid Australian Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence highly regarded)Forklift licence advantageousWhat We OfferImmediate start with a growing national businessVaried, fast-paced role - no two days are the sameSupportive and collaborative Operations teamOpportunities for career growth and developmentInvolvement in major events across Australia
