planning and costingAbility to handle large service numbersTrain and manage cooks and kitchen staffAchieving all safety, hygiene and food qualityShould be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering.To be successful in this role you will possess:Relevant qualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleExperienced in sushi and sashimi preparation and presentationAbility to work under pressureProactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industryEffective communication skills
