About the role
Our Credit team in Finance is currently sourcing a permanent full-time to join our team as a Credit Controller based in Chipping Norton, NSW.
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will assist across the team in monitoring and maintaining debtors' ledger and management of credit compliance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
The position offers an immediate start, with opportunities for ongoing career development and on-the-job training.
Daily task & responsibilities this role may involve:
Management, collection and allocation of credit accounts, cash accounts, staff accounts and service accounts assigned to state and internal ledgers




Manage Aged Trial Balance Ledger ensuring notes are updated regularly and stakeholder engagement/communication with Sales and Customer Service is timely
Release of orders from credit hold
Compiling monthly reports for accounts with outstanding payments
Communicating with customers about overdue accounts
Addressing customer inquiries related to their accounts
Opening/Closing accounts and Master Data maintenance
Undertaking Credit Checks, PPSR Registrations and Cancellations
Management and allocation of all cash accounts and service/maintenance accounts
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experiences in a credit control or similar environment.
Strong exposure to SAP and Microsoft is ideal but not essential.
Previous experience with trade creditor insurance would be advantageous.
Well-developed communication, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a high-volume environment & ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a people-centered environment.
