As a National Transport Company, we provide high quality innovative and skilled transport and warehouse solutions.We currently have an opening in an Operations Support role based at our Villawood depot.Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.Responsibilities will include but not limited to;Data entry and work flow developmentAssist with the planning and scheduling of deliveriesLiaising with internal staff including drivers and Admin/Operations personnelAssisting other team members and departments as requiredThe successful applicant will possess the following skills;Demonstrated excellence in customer serviceExcellent administrative abilities including Microsoft productsAbility to plan, prioritise and multi-taskExcellent organisational and time management skillsReliable, flexible and team orientatedExperience in a similar role within the transport industry will be advantageous
