This role will provide leadership of the national flag ship program of Headspace across the region.You'll lead and mentor a team, foster a positive and high-performing culture, and support professional development and capability building.
You'll also play a key role in leading regional partnership groups and working collaboratively across government, health, community and lived experience stakeholders.Your work will help identify emerging needs, strengthen service delivery, support mental health reform and ensure initiatives are informed by evidence, data and the voices of children, young people, families and communities.About YouWe're looking for an experienced people leader with a robust background in mental health who can bring together people, ideas and organisations to achieve better outcomes.You'll bring:Tertiary qualifications in a health-related field and significant mental health experienceDemonstrated experience leading, developing and supporting high-performing teams through changeStrong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills across government, health, community and lived experience networksExperience in program development, implementation,
