We're a tight-knit team that dives into the deep end for our clients, acts as an extension of their in-house team, and holds ourselves to one standard: our clients' bottom line is our bottom line.Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Junior Paid Ads Specialist to join us on a part time basis.About the Role - 20 hours per week (days flexible)This is a part-time, hands-on opportunity for someone early in their paid media career who's eager to build real experience across Meta, Google and other digital advertising platforms.You'll work closely with Ciara, our Head of Digital, to support campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and creative testing across a diverse client portfolio.
This role suits someone who is analytical, creative, organised and genuinely passionate about performance marketing and the digital landscape.Assisting with the setup and management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platformsMonitoring campaign performance and helping optimise towards client KPIsCuddles from our office pup, PabloSupporting reporting and analysis across all campaign activityAssisting with audience research,



competitor analysis and creative insightsCollaborating with our creative teams to develop high-performing ad creative, and at times editing assets using Canva and/or CapCutSweet treat runs with the teamStaying across platform updates, emerging trends and new opportunitiesContributing ideas during strategy and brainstorming sessionsOur dream candidate has:An understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google AdsExperience creating content with CapCut, Canva or similar programsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood written and verbal communicationA proactive attitude — you're always keen to have a crack at a new task or challenge!
