you will be a vital support to our purchasing operations, focusing on the essential administrative and logistical aspects of procurement.
Your precision and communication skills will be key to maintaining effective inventory and strong supplier relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare purchase orders and review invoices for accuracyManage and update product and vendor dataProactively track the progress of orders from placement to deliveryMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and timely delivery of productsAssist with identifying potential suppliers and vendorsLiaise with local and international suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and clear communicationEXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTESKnowledge or exposure to the board gaming industry - a genuine interest and understanding of the board game landscape.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitaskStrong and professional communicatorProficiency is SAP and Microsoft Office is preferredAbility to work independently while also supporting a team workplace
