We are a fast-paced, proactive company delivering innovative, high-quality meat products to our customers nationally and internationally.We are currently looking for Manufacturing Team Members to join our ever-growing production team, located at our Carole Park site.Monday to Friday + some Saturdays OR 2 to 3 days a week + on call.AM shift: *********am to *********pm.PM shift: *********pm to Finish (typically ***********pm - dependent on daily production).




Working on various sections of the production line.Performing fast-paced assembly and packing tasks.Packing products by weight.Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.Loading and unloading raw materials/finished products.Maintaining a clean workstation.Food manufacturing or production line experience (not mandatory but advantageous).
Machine operating experience - blender, formax/forming/slicing, robotic palletiser, pro-pac/packing machinery (highly desirable but not a requirement).
Good written and oral communication skills.Basic understanding of GMP and food handling standards.Ability to follow OH&S; and secure operating procedures for all machinery and work environment.Fit and healthy – able to lift 25kg +.
Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle to get to and from work.Permanent working rights in Australia - citizen or permanent resident.2 shifts to assist with work/life balance.Casual employment, with the potential for permanent placement in the future for the right candidates.Full training provided.Weekly rosters.
