This is a pivotal role that will provide essential administrative and office support to our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.
As Administration, you will be the backbone of our office environment, managing critical processes, communications, and organisational tasks that support our entire team and enable us to deliver exceptional service to our customers.Key responsibilitiesManaging general office administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and data entryAnswering phones, responding to emails, and providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersPreparing and maintaining administrative documentation, records, and correspondenceCoordinating meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel as requiredAssisting with processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentationSupporting human resources functions,
including recruitment coordination and employee onboardingMaintaining office supplies inventory and liaising with suppliersPerforming general duties to support operational efficiency and team effectivenessAssisting with special projects and ad-hoc administrative requirements as neededWhat we're looking forProven experience in an administration or office support role within a commercial or industrial environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookDemonstrated experience with general accounting or bookkeeping functionsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamProfessional manner and strong customer service orientationFlexibility and willingness to adapt to changing business needsExperience in the construction, manufacturing, or concrete industry is advantageousWhat we offerAt Boodles Concrete, we value our team members and are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
