In this operational leadership role, you will provide frontline process supervision, technical guidance, and operational support to drive safe, reliable production outcomes and ongoing process improvement across the circuit.Working on a 2/2 roster, you will supervise multidisciplinary teams across metallurgical and production functions, ensuring daily processing activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with operational targets.
You will work closely with site leadership, metallurgical teams, and operational stakeholders to monitor plant performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support secure production across multiple assets.This is an influential operational role where your expertise in copper processing and hydrometallurgical systems will contribute directly to plant reliability, team capability, and continuous improvement outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise safe and efficient SX/EW processing operationsMonitor plant performance, recovery, throughput, and operational stabilityProvide process guidance and support to production and metallurgical teamsIdentify and implement process improvements and optimisation opportunitiesSupport metallurgical reporting, data analysis, and performance trackingAssist with commissioning activities, plant upgrades,



and improvement projectsCoach and develop operators and frontline processing personnelCollaborate with site leadership and key operational stakeholders to achieve production objectivesAbout YouProven experience within copper processing environments, ideally SX/EW operationsStrong background in hydrometallurgical processing systemsExperience in a Process Supervisor, Senior Metallurgist, or similar operational leadership roleUnderstanding of heap leaching and electrowinning processes (preferred)Exposure to commissioning, troubleshooting, and process optimisation activitiesAbility to support teams in achieving safe, stable, and consistent plant performanceStrong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across operational teamsWhy Join this Project?
